WINDOWS

Request for Change application must be submitted to the Architectural Committee prior to installation of new windows and sliding patio doors.
PLEASE NOTE: The Architectural Control Committee has stipulated that ALL windows, including sliding patio doors on the same side of the unit, must be replaced at the time of any replacement. For instance, change both the upper AND lower windows to keep the uniform appearance of the unit.
AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSING UNITS
Due to the original construction of The Fountains, replacement of any Air Conditioner Condensing Unit requires a specific Through-The-Wall unit installation.
the only such unit available seems to be the FIRST COMPANY brand WCX-BB unit.
When contacting your HV/AC company, please specify that they will need to install this specific unit to fit in the wall opening or garage cabinet.
REMEMBER, you will need to submit a Request For Change form to the Architectural Control Committee.
GARAGE DOORS
The replacement Garage Door style is:
- DELUXE Series Collection, Celebrity 25-G style w/ TWO vents.
- Color is Sandstone (or SMOKE from FRAZEE)

EXTERIOR PORCH LIGHTS
At the request of homeowners, the Architectural Committee found and suggested a preferred style of exterior light fixture for those residents wishing to replace their exterior fixtures.
The following is a basic recommended design (allowing for some personal leeway) to stay with a Bronzed finish, but according to budget and taste. Please try to stay somewhere within the realm of design on the following links.
